In case some of you missed it, the American Fly Fishing Trade Association (AFFTA) released a position statement related to H.R. 4742 which would weaken conservation provisions in the Magnuson-Stevens Conservation and Fishery Management Act. This position actually runs counter to what some others in the fishing industry are advocating.
