Growing quickly these days is the number of anglers outspokenly enjoying and using some of the slower action rod models on the market, namely glass and bamboo (aka ‘boo). These traditional rods with modern tapers and techniques are simply divine to cast and play fish with, and few have mastered this craft better than Sweetgrass. Time to break out gramps’s old stick from his childhood.
