As part of the 2015 Virginia Fly Fishing Festival, free Boy Scouts of America Fly Fishing Merit Badges will be offered at the event. The BSA merit badge program is helped funded by a larger outreach program geared towards children through a sponsorship by the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation’s Take Me Fishing Program.
