This video from Filson reminds me that this summer of guiding and being a part of the Jack-in-the-Bob series isn’t going to be all fun and games. It is a job, not just a paid vacation to catch fish and review gear, but a time to make someone else have the trip of a lifetime. In their video, A Normal Life, Filson perfectly captures the life of a guide that clients may not see.
