The Fly Fishing Show kicked off its annual nationwide jaunt in Denver this past weekend, and to nobody’s surprise, it was packed. In fact, according to one long-time industry insider who has been attending events like this for 40 years, opening day this year might have been the busiest he has EVER seen.
Said Brian O’Keefe, in Denver representing Eleven Experience: “This was the best Friday at any show I have ever been to, and I have been to at least 300 sportsman’s or fly fishing shows, my first being in 1980.”
Coming from B-OK, we’d say the state of the Fly Fishing Show is A-OK. Up next is Marlborough, Mass.
