Umpqua Feather Merchants, the premier producer of hand tied flies, innovative new leader and tippet, packs and bags, streamside tools, and fly tying products, is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Graffam to National Sales Manager. Josh brings a proven track record of managing Umpqua’s in-house team of reps in the North and South Rockies and will build upon that with our independent sales reps.

For the past six years, Josh has focused on growing Umpqua’s presence across our categories in the Rockies during his time as a sales rep, and then as a Reginal Sales Manager. Prior to his time here at Umpqua Josh has been a lifelong angler who’s passion has taken him around the globe with a fly rod in hand.
