Joshua Bergan reports on a new fight brewing in the battle over Ruby River access in Montana, this time involving a second bridge that connects the property of Atlanta media magnate James Cox Kennedy along a road just downstream of a bridge involved in another court case. According to Bergan, Cox has “brought litigation regarding stream access via the bridges on his property for years, and this is his latest attempt at foiling Montana stream access in favor of private property and its owners.”
