Mary Moeller joined us at Andros South a few weeks back for some fun on the flats, as you can see above.
That’s a nice ‘cuda! Now, landing big ‘cudas is not all that uncommon on South Andros – on actual ‘cuda rigs, that is. And every once in a while somebody gets lucky and lands a little barracuda on a bonefish rig.
But landing a nice big toothy ‘cuda like Mary’s, on an 8 weight bonefish rig with 10 pound tippet and no wire? That’s very, very unusual.
