Yeah, we’ve posted a few ‘nice fish’ pictures lately, but you’ve gotta agree – this one deserves some airtime.
Dave Victor got this dandy of a king salmon at Alaska West this past week. As we usually do, he was swinging flies with his spey rod, and the measurements told us the fish was just over 41 pounds.
A couple of things to note:
- The sea lice.
- The size of the tail.
- A couple of beaming smiles from a couple of normally reserved guys.
