Over 60 Upper Delaware River anglers and watershed stakeholders participated in a zoom call this week hosted by FUDR and TU to discuss the draft New York State DEC Trout Management Plan that is currently out for public comment.
Thanks to Steve Hurst, NYS Fisheries Bureau Chief, and his team for agreeing to join the call to offer his thoughts on how the statewide plan will impact the UDR tailwaters and the Beaverkill/Willowemoc fisheries.
The deadline for public comment on the draft plan is June 25, 2020 and we urge everybody to read the plan and submit individual comments.
