Recently I started beating up a pair of the new Orvis Silver Sonic Guide Waders and they are totally bomber so far. Straight out of the box they were one of the first waders that I've handled that give other premium breathable waders a run for their money.
These waders extremely durable and heavy weight in construction with four layer breathable nylon fabric. They will withstand the elements and just about anything else you come across when on the water.
