Duties/Responsibilities
- Packing and fulfilling online orders with accuracy
- Packing and fulfilling wholesale orders with accuracy
- Maintaining good written and verbal communication about order statuses
- Tagging of merchandise as needed
- Running errands on as-needed basis
- Restocking merchandise
- Maintaining an organized/clean workspace
- Maintaining confidentiality about company information
- Unload and organize shipments as they arrive
- Answer office phone and assist in directing calls to correct person
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to regularly lift 10 lbs and occasionally 40+ lbs
- Ability to learn product line and fulfillment procedures
- Basic math skills to assist with inventory management
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Preferred
- Experience in fly fishing, fishing, hunting, conservation or design industries
- Experience with social media
