Position: RepYourWater Warehouse Specialist
Location: RepYourWater HQ 2546 S Main St Unit B Erie CO 80516
Hours: Full time
Compensation: $30,000-36,000 annually depending on experience
Ideal start date: September 20th, 2021

Everyone at RepYourWater will have a hand in almost every aspect of the business within reason. While the required duties are listed on this document, the nature of RepYourWater means that new duties can be added both verbally and in writing at any time. Flexibility is needed at all times. Each of the duties will be gradually added as training is provided. The RepYourWater warehouse and office is in an old airplane hangar with cement floors and not great climate control so appropriate footwear and clothing is recommended. The applicant must be able to regularly lift 20-25 lbs and occasionally lift 40-50 lbs.
Duties – Warehouse and Fulfillment
- Daily processing and packing of online orders or communication of assistance needed for this.
- Work with team to receive, pack and process wholesale orders.
- Minimum weekly or as-needed restocking of all products
- Minimum weekly or as-needed removal and documentation (for zero-waste compliance) of recycling, trash, compost
- Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of warehouse facility
- Ability to manage entire facility alone for short periods of time to multiple days
- Inventory management of warehouse, including bi-annual inventory and frequent audits using inventory software
- Individually oversee supply ordering of packing products and materials
- Oversee and execute warehouse resets for upcoming season/product launches
- Any other duties as they come up during training and employment
Duties – Customer Service
- Maintain customer service email and be the first point of contact for customer service calls
- Process returns/exchanges of products
Skills Desired
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently for majority of tasks
- Collaborative mindset when needed
- Proficient knowledge of Apple products
- Proficient knowledge of Google Mail, Drive, Sheets, and Docs
- Knowledge of Shopify and Shipping Easy preferred or the ability to learn e-commerce software and shipping software
- Ability to be organized to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed on time
