Simms Fishing Products has appointed Nick English to be the company’s North American Specialty Sales Manager.
“Nick is a passionate angler, and former AK guide, a tireless worker; Nick is just the type of person I had in mind when I began this search,” said Mike Moore, Simms’ VP of Global Sales. “I’m thrilled to have him join our sales management team.”
English worked for SIMMS as a Sales & Marketing Associate from 2010-2012 while he was completing his BS in Business Management at Montana State University. In 2012, Michael White recruited English to join Blue Ribbon Sales as the Associate Sales Representative in Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. During this time, Nick distinguished himself as a top-flight sales representative all while simultaneously earning his MBA from the University of Montana.
When Nick isn’t on the road booking preseason orders, helping Specialty Retailers with consumer events, promoting SIMMS products on and off the water, or raising money for important non-profit causes, he may be found running a 50K.
“I am beyond excited to rejoin the SIMMS team in Bozeman,” said English. “I look forward to working with our Specialty partners across the US and Canada.”
