Running a daily blog means filtering through a ton of stuff and then deciding what to post. Sometimes, even cool stuff falls through the cracks. I was poking through some photos yesterday and ran across these images of Orvis Vice Chairman Dave Perkins fighting and landing a tarpon during a trip to the Bahia Honda Sporting Club in the Florida Keys last March. There are some great shots here, and the look on Dave's face at the end shows both elation and exhaustion, suggesting that fighting such a fish can take it out of you.
