It's always kind of hard to nail Pete McDonald down as he seems to be everywhere at once. His longstanding blog, Fishing Jones, is a chronicle of his thoughts on fly fishing and the places he's been.
Recently Pete sent along this image of a girthy upstate New York smallmouth caught while properly representing for the T.F.M. Spotting Photo Contest. Nicely done.
Check out Fishing Jones for more on this trip and other angling writing (and whatever else he feels like posting up) goodness.
