If more fishing reports were written like this, I think I’d actually start reading them. Rob Conery’s report for Cape Cod is one of the most entertaining I’ve ever read. Never mind the “free boat” essay and the two-year tuna, the credits will tell you everything about the veracity of the information. “Information for this column was assembled from a variety of liars, exaggerators, mis-informants, ne’er-do-wells and roustabouts.
