The U.S. Department of the Interior has reviewed the November 2, 2012, Notice of Application Ready for Environmental Analysis and Soliciting Comments, Recommendations, Terms and Conditions, and Prescriptions for the proposed Cannonsville Hydroelectric Project (FERC #13287), located on the West Branch of the Delaware River in Delaware County, New York. The Department’s U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has also reviewed the New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s (NYCDEP) October 30, 2012, Additional Information Request Response.
