Last month Wayne Samson posted a few photographs on his Facebook page of a recent build that he completed on a McFarland Rods eight foot six weight blank build which I think turned out great.
Wayne wrote... "This is a sweet fly rod. I had to reblue part of the reel seat that is why it's not completed. Mike is a close friend of mine and I managed to grab this blank from him when I was in his shop the last time I was up there. The color of the rod goes well with the sunburst wraps."
Wayne...nice work and hope you've put a flex it in already.
