“What Nastiness Lives in These Soles?”

Prompted by bloggers at Headhunters Fly Shop out in Craig, Myers Reece writes in the Flathead Beacon about the source of impending Montana legislation to ban felt soles on wading boots. Sponsored by Sen. Ron Erickson, D-Missoula and now being carried by Tom Facey, D-Missoula, the bill makes a ban effective in October of 2012.
“Erickson said the bill first appeared in a University of Montana law school class teaching aspiring attorneys about legislation. A student named Nick Domitrovich crafted a proposal to prohibit felt soles.”
