While at the Acadiana Fly Rods Conclave I had the chance to meet fly tiers Ron Braud and Fred Hannie who I later found out have collaborated together on several flies such as this Bullfrog Slider in which Fred provided the head shape and Ron did the paint work and construction.
Great work fellows. I can imagine a large bass coming up and gulping this slider up without hesitation though this one is just about to beautiful to actually fish.
