Don't let the sign fool you! The flows we're having now bode well for our spring fishing. At 8,000 cfs, the river below Holter Dam is very fishable, wadeable in places and clear. Our local tributaries are pretty tame and are not having any impact on clarity. Inflows at Toston are hovering...
